Postponed the Efficiency Bar Examination of Public Health Midwives

විභාග පැවැත්වීම කල්දැමීම පිළිබදව දැනුම් දීම.

මේ දිනවල දිවයින තුල පවතින හදිසි තත්වය හේතුවෙන් සෞඛ්‍ය, පෝෂණ හා දේශීය වෛද්‍ය අමාත්‍යාංශය මගින් 2019/04/27 හා 28 යන දිනයන්හි පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතව තිබූ පවුල් සෞඛ්‍ය නිලධාරීන්ගේ කාර්යක්ෂමතා කඩඉම් විභාගය හා වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරීන්ගේ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු විභාගය කල්දමා ඇති බවත් නැවත එම විභාග පවත්වනු ලබන දිනයන් පසුව දැනුම් දෙනු ලබන බවත් සෞඛ්‍ය පෝෂණ හා දේශීය වෛදය අමාත්‍යාංශය නිවේදනය කර ඇත.

Examinations of EB of Public Health Midwives and Department Exam of Doctors (Scheduled on 27,28 of April ) have been postponed due to Tense Situation in the country. Date of Exams will be announced.

Opening of a Counter to Issue Coins to the General Public - Central Bank

Opening of a Counter to Issue Coins to the General Public

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka will open a Counter at the ground floor of the Central Bank Head Office Building, No.30, Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo 01 on 27 March 2019, to issue coins to the general public.

This counter will be opened for the public from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on every Wednesday and Thursday, except public and bank holidays.

Coins are issued in packets of 100 pieces each and the minimum amount of coins at a time is one packet of 100 coins from one denomination. Maximum value of coins issued per person at a time is Rs. 20,000 in any denomination of Re.1, Rs.2, Rs.5 and Rs.10 from this counter.

Any individual or organization who wants to obtain coins in bulk, shall submit an application requesting such requirement to the Superintendent of Currency before two working days.
