சுற்று நிருபம்

மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பெற்றோரிடம் இருந்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வெகுமதி வழங்கள் தொடர்பாக

வருட இறுதி மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் தினம் போன்றவற்றின் போது ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வெகுமதிகள் வழங்க என வகுப்பு ரீதியாக பணம் சேகரிக்கப் படுவது தொடர்பாக கல்வி அமைச்சுக்கு அறியப்படுத்தப் பட்டுள்ளது.

இது தொடர்பாக இதற்கு முன்னால் அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வழங்கப்பட்ட போதும் கூட சில குழுக்களால் பெற்றோரிடம் இருந்து பணம் அறவிடப்பட்டு வெகுமதிகள் வழங்கப்படுவதும், ஆசிரியர்கள் பெற்றுக் கொள்வதும் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்ற வண்ணம் உள்ளன.

இவ்வாறான சந்தர்ப்பங்களின் போது பொருளாதார ரீதியில் பின் தங்கிய பெற்றோர்கள் அசௌகரியங்களுக்கு உள்ளாவதுடன், அவர்களின் பிள்ளைகளும் மன உளைச்சலுக்கு உள்ளாகின்றனர். இதனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டுஅதிபர், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வெகுமதிகள் வழங்கள், பணம் சேகரித்தல் தொடர்பாக எவருக்கும் அனுமதி வழங்காதிருப்பதுடன் பெற்றோர்களிடம் இருந்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வெகுமதிகள் வழங்கள் ஒழுக்காற்று நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டிய தவறு ஆகும்.

இவ்வாறான நடவடிக்கைகளை தடுப்பது அதிபர் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களின் பொறுப்பாகும்.

இவ்வாறான செயற்பாடுகளுக்கு தாபன விதிகோவை மற்றும் இலஞ்ச மோசடி சட்டத்தின் கீழ் தண்டனை பெறக் கூடிய குற்றமாகும். இதனைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு செயற்படவும்.
