Message to provincial, Zonal officers and School Principals : O/L 2019 Reports



Exam Department has issued a special notice to Dirctors of Provincial Educational Offices, Zonal Educational Offices and the School principals regarding Analytical reports of 2019 O/L Exminations.
  1. User name and Password given to relevant officers to download/ examine the GCE O/L Results 2019.
  2. You can evaluate and analyse the reports from downloaded excel sheets or pdf files. Need to recheck your analytical reports and make confirm the validity of the reports prepared by you.
  3. It is must to show the details of the institute who prepared the analytical report on it.

பரீட்சைத் திணைகள்ளத்தினால் மாகாண கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர்கள், வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் பாடாசலை அதிபர்களுக்கு க.பொ.த சாதாரண தர (2019) பெறுபேறு பகுப்பாய்வு சம்பந்தமாக விசேட அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
  1. பாடசாலை ரீதியாக வலய ரீதியாக மாகாண ரீதியாக பரீட்சை பெறுபேறுகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கான வசதிகள் ஏற்கனவே குறித்த நிறுவனத் தலைவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன
  2. பெறுபேறுகளை பகுப்பாய்வு செய்யும் போது, அதன் நம்பகத்தன்மை, உறுதித்தன்மையை உறுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்வது தொடர்பாக உரிய நிறுவனத் தலைவர்கள் கரிசனை எடுக்க வேண்டியதுடன், அவை மீள சரிபார்ப்புக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படல் வேண்டும்.
  3. பகுப்பாய்வு அறிக்கைகள் தயாரிக்கப்படும் போது, கடிதத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளதன் பிரகாரம் உரிய அறிக்கையை தயாரித்தவரின் தகவல்கள் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்பட்டிருத்தல் வேண்டும்

Application for Teacher Training Colleges (for Non Graduate untrained teachers)


Selection of teachers to follow the courses at Teacher Training colleges 2020/2021

As per the circular No. 28/2016 issued by Ministry of Education, applications are called from Non Graduate untrained teachers who have fulfilled the qualification for academic year 2020/2021 to follow the courses at Teacher Training Colleges.

All the instructions for the above requisite have already been sent to Zonal Education offices. Though the closing date as mentioned in the above application was 27th April 2020, due to the current situation in the country the new closing date will be informed after the schools reopened in the future.

Teachers/Teacher Assistants who have not yet completed the training, should send the applications prepared as per Circular No. 28/2016 to “Director of Education, Teacher Education Administration Branch, Ministry of Education, Isurupaya, Battaramulla” by registered post.

අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය මඟින් නිකුත් කරන ලද චක්‍රලේඛ අංක 28/2016 අනුව 2020/2021 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය සඳහා සුදුසුකම් සපුරාලන උපාධිධාරි නොවන නුපුහුණු ගුරුවරුන්ගෙන් ගුරු විද්‍යාලයන්හි ගුරු අධ්‍යාපන පාඨමාලා හැදෑරීම සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

මේ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය උපදෙස් සියලුම කලාප අධ්‍යාපන කාර්යාල වෙත මේ වන විටත් දන්වා යවා ඇත.මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අයදුම්පත් යොමු කිරීමේ අවසාන දිනය ලෙස 2020 අප්‍රේල් 27 දින සඳහන් කලද පවතින තත්වය හමුවේ අයදුම්පත් කැඳවන අවසාන දිනය පාසැල් ආරම්භ කළ පසු නැවත දැනුම් දීමට නියමිත ය.

මෙතෙක් විධිමත් පුහුණුව සම්පුර්ණ නොකළ ගුරුවරුන් / ගුරු සහායකවරුන්, චක්‍රලේඛ අංක 28/2016 අනුව සකසා ගත් අයදුම්පත් “අධ්‍යාපන අධ්‍යක්ෂ, ගුරු අධ්‍යාපන පරිපාලන ශාඛාව, අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය, ඉසුරුපාය, බත්තරමුල්ල” යන ලිපිනයට ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් යොමු කළ යුතු ය.

28/2016 சுற்றரிக்கையின் பிரகாரம் பட்டதாரியற்ற, பயிற்றப்படாத ஆசிரியர்ளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன. இது அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வலய கல்வி காரியாலயங்களுக்கு ஏற்கனவே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத்திகதியாக 27. 04. 2020 அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட போதிலும் கூட, புதிய விண்ணப்ப முடிவுத்திகதி பாடசாலைகள் மீள ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டதன் பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும். 

மேற்படி பட்டதாரியற்ற, பயிற்றப்படாத ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரிய உதவியாளர்கள், பூரணப்படுத்தப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களை பின்வரும் முகவரிக்கு பதிவுத் தபாலில் அனுப்பி வைக்கும் படி கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகின்றனர்.

කොවිඩ් 19 වෛරසයේ ව්‍යාප්තිය හේතුවෙන් පාසල් වසා දැමීම නිසා පාසල් අපේක්ෂකයින් ලෙස උසස් පෙළ විභාගයට පෙනී සිට, විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රවේශයට සුදුසුකම් ලැබූ සිසුන්ගේ ප්‍රවේශ අයදුම්පත් සහතික කරවා දීම සඳහා එළඹෙන මැයි 20 බදාදා, 21 බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා, 22 සිකුරාදා 27,28,29  යන දින ඇතුළත අවස්ථාව සලසා දෙන ලෙස අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය සියලු පාසල් ප්‍රධානීන් වෙත දන්වා සිටී. 

මතුව ඇති අවදානම් තත්ත්වය සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින්, සෞඛ්‍ය බලධාරීන් විසින් නිර්දේශ කර ඇති සියලු සෞඛ්‍යාරක්ෂිත ක්‍රමවේද අනුගමනය කරමින් අදාළ එක් එක් පාසල්වල විදුහල්පතිවරයා හෝ නියෝජ්‍ය විදුහල්පතිවරයා විසින් තම පාසලෙන් උසස් පෙළ සමත්ව, විශ්වවිද්‍යාල ප්‍රවේශය ලද සිසුන්ගේ අයදුම්පත් සහතික කරවා දීම සිදුකළ යුතු බවද අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය සඳහන් කරයි.

கோவிட் 19 வைரசு பரவல் காரணமாக பாடசாலைகள் மூடப்பட்டுள்ள இக்காலப்பகுதியில், பாடசாலை விண்ணப்பதாரர்களாக உயர்தர பரீட்சை எழுதி, பல்கலைக் கழக அனுமதிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க தகுதி பெற்றுள்ள பாடசாலை பரீட்சார்த்திகளின் விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை சான்றுபடுத்திக்; கொள்ள எதிர்வரும் மே மாதம் 20,21,22 27,28,29  ஆம் திகதிகளில் வசதிகளை ஏற்படுத்திக் கொடுக்குமாறு அதிபர்களிடம் கல்வி அமைச்சு வேண்டிக் கொள்கின்றது.

இதன் போது சுகாதார துறை அலுவலர்களினால் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பின்பற்றிக் கொள்ளுமாறும் கல்வி அமைச்சு கேட்டுக் கொள்வதுடன், அதிபர் அல்லது பிரதி அதிபர் மூலமாக விண்ணப்பங்கள் சான்றுபடுத்தப்படல் வேண்டும்.

Sri Lanka’s exams chief has permitted the usage of normal calculators for certain subjects during the state Advanced Level exam.

“Scientific calculators won’t be allowed. We will only permit non programmable calculators,” Sanath Pujitha, the commissioner general of the examinations department told News1st.

He noted that calculators could be used by candidates sitting for the
