Requirements
- Degree from a recognized University/ Higher Educational Institute OR
- i. G.C.E. (A/L) in three subject in one sitting AND ii. G.C.E. (O/L) in six subjects in not more than two sittings, with a Credit pass in first Languag and Ordinary Passes in Mathematics/Arithmetic and English OR
- Permanently employed in a recognized Library with not less than three years’ service and fulfillment of 2(ii) above
