1️⃣ Assistant Director - Information and Communication Technology (Grade 111 of Class 1)

Educational Qualifications:

1. A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Technology obtained from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

OR

2. (I) A Degree from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution with at least one-third (1/3) of the total course content in Computer Science / Information Technology;
   
   AND
   
   (II) A Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

OR

3. (I) A minimum NVQ Level 7 qualification in Information Technology, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC);
   
   AND
   
   (II) At least two (02) years of professional experience in the relevant field.

2️⃣ Information and Communication Technology Officer (Grade 11 of Class 2)

Educational Qualifications:

1. A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

OR

2. (I) A Degree with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution, with at least one-third (1/3) of the total course content in Computer Science / Information Technology;
   
   AND
   
   (II) A Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

OR

3. (I) A Degree from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;
   
   AND
   
   (II) A Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

OR

4. (I) A minimum NVQ Level 7 qualification in Information Technology, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC);
   
   AND
   
   (II) At least two (02) years of professional experience in the relevant field.

3️⃣ Information and Communication Technology Assistant (Grade 111 of Class 3)

Educational Qualifications:

• Passed six (06) subjects in one sitting at the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination, with at least five (05) credit passes, including Language, Mathematics, and English.

Professional Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Computer / Information Technology course at a minimum of NVQ Level 5 or above, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
