  1. A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Technology obtained from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution;

  1. (I) A Degree from a University recognized by the UGC or from an institution recognized by the UGC as a degree-awarding institution with at least one-third (1/3) of the total course content in Computer Science / Information Technology;

Educational Qualifications:

3️⃣ Information and Communication Technology Assistant (Grade 111 of Class 3)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Passed six (06) subjects in one sitting at the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination, with at least five (05) credit passes, including Language, Mathematics, and English.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Computer / Information Technology course at a minimum of NVQ Level 5 or above, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

💰 Salary – ICT Assistant

Monthly Allowance (inclusive of all allowances) in accordance with P.A.C 10/2025:

Rs.65,178/- (Rs.47,378/- + Rs.17,800/-)

📋 General Conditions Applicable to All Posts

Age Limit: Applicants should be not less than 30 years and not more than 65 years of age.

Conditions of Employment: Appointments will be made on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years or until the vacancies are filled on a permanent basis, whichever occurs earlier.

Method of Recruitment: Selection of suitable candidates will be made through a structured interview.
