🎓 Qualifications

Lecturer (Probationary)

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• A Degree with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) Honors in a relevant subject

• A Second Class (Lower Division) Honors Degree with at least 01 year of teaching/research/professional experience
  OR

• A Degree without Honors + a Postgraduate Degree (minimum 02 academic years with research component)

• A recognized professional qualification + Master’s Degree (minimum 01 year) + 05 years professional/teaching experience
  OR

• A recognized professional qualification + 08 years professional and/or teaching experience

Senior Lecturer Grade II

Applicants must:

• Possess a Master’s Degree (minimum two academic years with research component) or Doctoral Degree
  AND

• Have at least six (06) years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • University/Higher Education teaching

💰 Salary Scale

Basic Salary (as of 01.01.2026):

• Lecturer (Probationary): Rs. 83,970 p.m

• Senior Lecturer Grade II: Rs. 121,613 p.m
