2-Year Contract Opportunities
Applications are invited for five outsourced service positions under the BOI Accelerate Project for a period of two years. Available posts are Project Manager, Marketing Specialist, IT Specialist, Engineering Specialist and Business Operations Specialist.
Project Manager
Contract No: BOI/ADMN/Q/25/2026
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the U.G.C with an MBA / MSc.
Experience: Minimum 12 years working experience at managerial level in a corporation, statutory board, institution or reputed private institution after obtaining the first degree.
Age Limit: Below 65 years
Marketing Specialist
Contract No: BOI/ADMN/Q/31/2026
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the U.G.C in Marketing Management with an MBA / MSc. or related chartered professional qualification such as CIM or SLIM.
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience at managerial level in a corporation, statutory board, institution or reputed private institution after obtaining the first degree.
Age Limit: Below 50 years
Engineering Specialist
Contract No: BOI/ADMN/Q/32/2026
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the U.G.C, chartered membership in IESL, and registration with ECSL.
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience at managerial level in a corporation, statutory board, institution or reputed private institution after obtaining the first degree.
Age Limit: Below 50 years
Business Operations Specialist
Contract No: BOI/ADMN/Q/33/2026
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the U.G.C in Management, Business Administration or related field with an MBA / MSc.
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience at managerial level in a corporation, statutory board, institution or reputed private institution after obtaining the first degree.
Age Limit: Below 50 years
IT Specialist
Contract No: BOI/ADMN/Q/34/2026
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the U.G.C in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems with an MBA / MSc.
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience at managerial level in a corporation, statutory board, institution or reputed private institution after obtaining the first degree.
Age Limit: Below 50 years
General Conditions
- Applicants should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should be of good character and sound health.
- Applicants should possess the physical and mental fitness required to perform the duties of the post.
- All required qualifications must be fulfilled as at the closing date of applications.
- These are 2-year contract opportunities under the BOI Accelerate Project.
