Responsibilities
- Managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings and events, Handling phone calls, e-mails, and correspondence, invitations,
- Arranging travel and accommodations,
- Drafting official documents and letters
- Assisting the Embassy officials in protocol and diplomatic matters
- Assisting any other matter required for Ambassador and Embassy officials
Required Qualifications and Experiences
- Age between 30-45
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree
- High English proficiency (written and communication skills). Fluency in Sinhala is essential (Tamil language skill would be an advantage).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Residing in Colombo and suburbs
