W & OP Card Download Guide Sri Lanka – Enter NIC Number and Print Membership Card
You can now download the W & OP Card online by entering your NIC number. If your application has been approved, you will receive an OTP. After entering the OTP, open the menu, select W & OP Membership, and then print your card. This guide shows the step-by-step method with images for easy understanding.

W & OP Card Download Guide
Click the official link and enter your NIC number to access the W & OP Card service. If your application has been approved, you will receive an OTP. After entering the OTP, open the menu, select W & OP Membership, and use the printer icon to take a printout.

Click the relevant link and enter your NIC number to check the W & OP Card.
Step 02
If your application is approved, you will receive an OTP to continue.
Step 03
Enter the OTP, open the menu, and select the required option.
Step 04
Click W & OP Membership and then use the printer icon to print your card.
