- Should have passed the G.C.E (A/L) Examination in 03 subjects in any stream
And
- Should have passed the G.C.E (O/L) Examination with Credit pass for English Language and Mathematics
- Fluency in spoken English
- Ability to converse in foreign languages will be an added advantage

POST OF SECRETARY
- Should have passed GCE (A/L) in three subjects with Credit Pass for English at GCE (O/L)
- Successful completion of Secretarial Practice Course equivalent to NVQ Level III
- Should have a speed of 30 w.p.m. Sinhala and 40 w.p.m. English Typing
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English
- Computer Literacy
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary/Stenographer in a reputed organization
- The age should be below 30 years on the closing date for applications
