- Should possess a B.Sc. Engineering degree from a recognized university/ HEI specializing in Civil Engineering OR
- Should possess a B.Sc. Engineering degree from a recognized university/HEI specializing in Quantity Surveying AND
- Possess a Corporate membership from a recognized Engineering Institute OR
- Possess a Corporate membership from a recognized Institute of Quantity Surveying AND
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in construction projects, handling contracts as well as managing direct labour

Assistant Farm Manager
- A Special Degree in Agriculture of a recognized University Or
- A two year Diploma in Agriculture of a recognized institution with not less than three years of field experience in a recognized establishment after completing the Diploma.
- Age : Not more than 45 years
- Salary Rs. 34450 - 18x497 - 43396 p.m. UMN 3 (II)
