Bachelor's Degree and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education
AND
- An Academic staff member of a recognized University, or
- An officer in the Sri Lanka Teacher Educator service, or
- A Lecturer of a Teacher Training College, or
- Principal of a Government / Government Approved School (Private and International) with a Principal Grade or
- Officer engaged in Teacher Education in the National Institute of Education, or
- In-Service Teacher Advisor of a Teacher Centre / Ministry of Education /A Provincial Ministry of Education, or
- An Officer in the Educational Administrative Service.
