- For the post of Director - Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years
- For the posts of Internal Auditor II, Accountant II, Information Technology Manager II - Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.
- Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties entrusted to the post and
- should be able to serve in any part of the island and should bear an excellent moral character.
- Knowledge in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages will be considered as an additional qualification Will be selected through a structured interview
