🔹 Qualifications

External Applicants:

Degree in Agriculture / Plantation Management / Commerce from a recognized university with minimum 03 years experience in field activities of an Agricultural Project or Estate (Public / Corporate / Private sector)

G.C.E. Advanced Level and Diploma in Agriculture / Plantation Management / Commerce with minimum 08 years field experience

Diploma in Agriculture / Plantation Management / Commerce with minimum 10 years field experience

Internal Applicants (Minimum):

Diploma in Agriculture / Plantation Management / Commerce with at least 08 years field experience

✔ Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
✔ Good interpersonal skills

🔹 Nature of Appointment

Permanent (EPF & ETF)

🔹 Salary Scale

JM 1-1 – Department of Management Services Circular No. 01/2025
Salary: Rs. 72,650 – 1360 x 10 – 2040 x 18 – Rs. 122,970.00
(Effective from 01.01.2027)
From 01.01.2026 – Rs. 65,633.00 with other approved allowances.

🔹 Age Limit

Not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years
(Upper age limit not applicable to internal candidates)

Citizen of Sri Lanka
Physically and mentally fit
Excellent moral character
