This Circular is issued in relation to the implementation of providing free School Uniform Materials to the Students of the Government and Government Aided Schools and the Student Bhikkhus, Seela Mathas and Lay Students of Government Approved Pirivenas, and this Circular comes into force with effect from 15.01.2026 beyond all the Circulars issued previously in this connection.
