The High Commission of India in Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, invites applications for a Capacity Building Training Programme for Sri Lankan Handcrafted Jewellery Designers. The training will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery (IIGJ), Jaipur, India.

- Rhino 3D CAD Software for Jewellery Designing
- 3D Design Development Techniques
- Material Visualization & Optimization
- 3D Modelling using NURBS Techniques
- Converting 2D Sketches into 3D Jewellery Designs
- Designing Rings, Pendants and Other Jewellery Items
- Editing Techniques and Practical CAD Tools
- Preparing 3D Printable Outputs
- Advanced Jewellery CAD Fundamentals
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be below 30 years of age.
- Applicants who have completed an Advanced Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Jewellery Designing are not eligible.
- Applicants with more than 2 years of experience as Jewellery Designers are not eligible.
- Must possess adequate knowledge of English.
- Must be mentally and physically fit.
- Must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
📋 Selection Process
- Limited number of seats available.
- Selection will be based on a formal interview.
- Applicants must submit the standard application form available from NGJA.
