Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III – 2024 (2025)

Appointment List Released

The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has released the list of candidates qualified for appointment to Grade III of the Management Service Officers’ Service.

The selections have been made based on the results of the open competitive examination conducted on 5 October 2025 and the interviews held on 22, 23 and 24 May 2026.

The appointments will take effect from 15 July 2026.

Reporting Requirement Appointees must be seated by 7.30 a.m.

Instructions for Appointees

1 All appointees must be seated inside the ceremony hall by 7.30 a.m.

2 Bring the official invitation letter and a valid identity document such as the National Identity Card, driving licence or passport.

3 Only the selected appointees will be allowed to enter the appointment-awarding ceremony hall.

4 Facilities may not be available for accompanying family members or other persons due to the large number of appointees attending the ceremony.

5 Male appointees may wear a suit with trousers and tie or the national dress. Female appointees should wear a saree, osari or another form of attire suitable for an official government ceremony.

6 Travel bags and electronic equipment will not be permitted inside the ceremony hall.

කළමනාකරණ සේවා නිලධාරී සේවයේ III ශ්‍රේණියට බඳවා ගැනීමේ විවෘත තරග විභාගය – 2024 (2025) යටතේ පත්වීම් ලැබීමට සුදුසුකම් ලැබූ අයගේ නාම ලේඛනය නිකුත් කර ඇත.

පත්වීම් ප්‍රදානෝත්සවය 2026 ජූලි 07 දින කොළඹ 03, අරලියගහ මන්දිරයේදී පැවැත්වේ. පත්වීම් 2026 ජූලි 15 දින සිට ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ.

සියලුම පත්වීම්ලාභීන් පෙ.ව. 7.30 වන විට ශාලාවේ අසුන් ගෙන සිටිය යුතුය. කැඳවීම් ලිපිය සමඟ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත, වලංගු රියදුරු බලපත්‍රය හෝ වලංගු විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය රැගෙන යා යුතුය.

முகாமைத்துவ சேவை உத்தியோகத்தர் சேவையின் தரம் III இற்கு ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான திறந்த போட்டிப் பரீட்சை – 2024 (2025) அடிப்படையில் நியமனம் பெற தகுதி பெற்ற விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் பெயர் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நியமனம் வழங்கும் வைபவம் 07 ஜூலை 2026 அன்று கொழும்பு 03, அலரி மாளிகையில் நடைபெறும். நியமனங்கள் 15 ஜூலை 2026 முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வரும்.

அனைத்து நியமனதாரர்களும் முற்பகல் 7.30 மணிக்கு முன்னர் மண்டபத்தில் அமர்ந்திருக்க வேண்டும். அழைப்புக் கடிதத்துடன் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை, செல்லுபடியான சாரதி அனுமதிப்பத்திரம் அல்லது கடவுச்சீட்டைக் கொண்டு செல்ல வேண்டும்.
