The Ministry of Health & Mass Media invites applications for the post of Management Assistant (Full-Time) under the Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP) funded by the World Bank.

📌 Project Period: 2024–2028
📌 Number of Vacancies: 02
📌 Contract Basis: Initially 1 year (extendable based on performance)

🔹 Qualifications

External Applicants:

• G.C.E. (A/L) – 03 subjects

• G.C.E. (O/L) – 06 subjects in one sitting with at least 04 Credit passes including Sinhala/Tamil, English & Mathematics

Internal Applicants (Government Service):

• Above A/L & O/L qualifications

• Minimum 05 years satisfactory service

• Recommendation from Head of Department

Having a BSc Degree will be preferred.

🔹 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 02 years experience in office administration/accounts/procurement/project administration

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Good communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil & English)

• Teamwork ability and good character
