Ceylon German Technical Training Institute Courses 2026 – Borella Regional Centre | NVQ Level 04 Courses

The Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI) has invited applications for NVQ Level 04 technical courses conducted at the Borella Regional Centre for the year 2026. These government-supported vocational training programmes are offered free of charge and selected trainees will receive a training allowance according to government policy. Applications are accepted until 25 May 2026.

Application Instructions

Qualified candidates should prepare an application on A4 size paper according to the specimen application.
Applications should be sent by registered post.
The application should reach the relevant address on or before 25.05.2026.

Certificates

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the examinations, trainees will be awarded a certificate issued by the Regional Centre and a National Vocational Qualification Level 04 certificate.
