Practical Exam in Western Music
(Grade I to VIII and Diploma)
Application are called for the above practical examinations to be conducted in English medium. Those who wish to obtain application forms by post should sent a self addressed,stamped (to the value of Rs 10 ) Envelope of size 9"X 4" to the under mentioned address before 19th March.
Personal callers may obtain the application forms at the inquiries counter of the Department of examinations, Pelawatha, bataramula up to 5th April.
Those who wish to apply from level VI to VIII and Diploma of this practical examinations should annex copies of the certificates requested in the application. Further such copies must be certified as true copies by the attester of signature in the application with his / her official frank.
Closing date of applications will be 05th April 2018.
Name of the examination (Practical examinations in Western Music - 2017(2018) should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope. Perfected applications should be sent or handed over to the following address.
