🇬🇧 School Footwear Programme 2027 – English Details
The Ministry of Education has issued two separate circulars regarding the provision of school footwear assistance for eligible students in 2027.
The programme covers different groups of provinces under two distinct procedures.
📍 North Western Province
📍 Eastern Province
📍 Sabaragamuwa Province
📍 Southern Province
This circular provides for the distribution of school footwear through registered local footwear manufacturers.
- Applicable to eligible students in selected schools.
- Footwear gift vouchers will be distributed through schools.
- Students will obtain footwear through registered local manufacturers according to the programme procedures.
- School principals must ensure the proper distribution of vouchers.
- Voucher validity: 20 December 2026.

Under this circular, eligible students will receive vouchers for purchasing school footwear.
💰 Voucher Value: Rs. 3,000
- Each eligible beneficiary will receive a footwear voucher worth Rs. 3,000.
- Vouchers will be issued through the relevant education authorities and schools.
- Students may use these vouchers to purchase school footwear from authorized merchants.
- Principals must maintain accurate distribution records.
- Voucher validity: 20 December 2026.

අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය විසින් 2027 වර්ෂය සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලබන පාසල් සිසුන්ට පාවහන් ලබාදීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් වෙන වෙනම චක්රලේඛ දෙකක් නිකුත් කර ඇත.

මෙම පළාත්වල තෝරාගත් පාසල්වල සුදුසුකම් ලබන සිසුන්ට ලියාපදිංචි දේශීය පාවහන් නිෂ්පාදකයන්ගෙන් පාවහන් ලබාගැනීම සඳහා තිළිණපත් ලබාදේ.
පාසල් මගින් තිළිණපත් බෙදාහැරීම සිදුකරන අතර අදාළ චක්රලේඛයේ සඳහන් ක්රියාපටිපාටිය අනුගමනය කළ යුතුය.

මෙම පළාත්වල සුදුසුකම් ලබන සිසුන්ට පාසල් පාවහන් මිලදී ගැනීම සඳහා රු. 3,000ක වටිනාකමකින් යුත් තිළිණපතක් ලබාදේ.
තිළිණපත් අදාළ අධ්යාපන බලධාරීන් සහ පාසල් මගින් බෙදාහැරීමට කටයුතු කරනු ලැබේ.

2027 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான பாடசாலை காலணி வழங்கும் திட்டம் தொடர்பாக கல்வி அமைச்சு இரண்டு தனித்தனி சுற்றறிக்கைகளை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
📍 வடமேல் மாகாணம்
📍 கிழக்கு மாகாணம்
📍 சபரகமுவ மாகாணம்
📍 தென் மாகாணம்
மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட மாகாணங்களில் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பாடசாலைகளின் தகுதியான மாணவர்களுக்கு பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட உள்ளூர் காலணி உற்பத்தியாளர்களிடமிருந்து காலணிகளைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கான பரிசுச்சீட்டுகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
பாடசாலைகள் ஊடாக பரிசுச்சீட்டுகள் விநியோகிக்கப்படுவதுடன், சுற்றறிக்கையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள நடைமுறைகள் பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

இந்த மாகாணங்களில் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பாடசாலைகளின் தகுதியான மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடசாலை காலணிகளைக் கொள்வனவு செய்வதற்காக ரூ. 3,000 பெறுமதியான பரிசுச்சீட்டு வழங்கப்படும்.
💰 பரிசுச்சீட்டின் பெறுமதி: ரூ. 3,000
குறித்த பரிசுச்சீட்டுகள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பாடசாலைகள் ஊடாக விநியோகிக்கப்படும்.
