Candidates asked to submit following documents on or before 1 April 2019
- A Clear photocopy of your birth certificate or the page in the passport or Driving Licence giving your name correctly spelt in English
- A Clear photocopy of your NIC or the page in the passport
- A Self addressed stamped envelope (9'' X 4'')
