1. Degree OR

2. Passed Below Exams

• Intermediate exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.   
• Diploma in Accountancy or Commerce in SLIATE 
• ICMA     - United Kingdom Part I, II, and III. 
• ACCA - United Kingdom Part I,        II, and III     OR

3. Being A Lawyer

4. 10 Years experience in MSO Service
