National School Teacher Transfer Application - 2025

Applications are invited for the National School Teacher Transfer 2025.

Applications for transfers should be made compulsorily if the service period of the current school is 9 years or more than that by 30.06.2025.

Application Period

21.08.2025 - 07.09.2025

After submitting Online Application, Teachers should get the printout submit to the principal on o before 08.09.2025 with below documents.

A copy of the teacher’s original appointment letter, certified by the Principal.

A copy of the transfer letter to the present service school, certified by the Principal.

A copy of the personal timetable for the year 2025, certified by the Principal.

If teaching subjects other than the appointed subject, a certified copy of the highest educational/professional qualification relevant to those subjects.

If medical reasons are to be submitted, Form TTB/2025/05 recommended by a specialist who treats the patient, either in a government hospital or a registered private hospital.

When it is not possible to include all the information mentioned under 7.2 of the online application, the certified information format by the Principal.
