The Ministry of Health and Mass Media has issued an official notice regarding the third batch of interviews for recruitment to Grade III of the Public Health Management Assistants' Service.

The interview is based on the Open Competitive Examination – 2021 (2025), held on 31 August 2025.

Required Documents

• National Identity Card, valid passport, driving licence or applicable official QR code.
• Original birth certificate.
• Original educational certificates used for the examination application.
• Original school leaving certificate.
• Self-certified photocopies of the above documents.
• Affidavit, where necessary, to explain differences in names.
• Certificate of residence from the Grama Niladhari (D.S.4).

Important: Candidates listed in the official notice should attend with the relevant documents even if their interview letter has not arrived by post. Failure to attend will be treated as rejection of the appointment. Attending the interview does not guarantee appointment.
