Professional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Computer / Information Technology course at a minimum of NVQ Level 5 or above, recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

💰 Salary – ICT Assistant

Monthly Allowance (inclusive of all allowances) in accordance with P.A.C 10/2025:

Rs.65,178/- (Rs.47,378/- + Rs.17,800/-)

📋 General Conditions Applicable to All Posts

Age Limit: Applicants should be not less than 30 years and not more than 65 years of age.

Conditions of Employment: Appointments will be made on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years or until the vacancies are filled on a permanent basis, whichever occurs earlier.

Method of Recruitment: Selection of suitable candidates will be made through a structured interview.

General Requirements
  • Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 24 years of age as at the closing date for submission of applications.
Educational Qualifications
  • Option 01: Should have passed six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination, obtaining credit passes in five (05) subjects, including:
    • Mathematics
    • Science
    • Sinhala / Tamil Language
    • English Language
  • The examination should have been completed in not more than two sittings.
  • OR
  • Option 02: Should have passed six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with credit passes in five (05) subjects, including:
    • Mathematics
    • Sinhala or Tamil Language
  • Completed in not more than two sittings.
  • Should have passed two (02) subjects at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in one sitting.
Physical Standards
  • Minimum Height: 5 feet 4 inches or above (162.56 cm)
  • Minimum Chest Measurement: Not less than 30 inches (76.2 cm)
Civil Status
  • Applicants must be unmarried.

Physical Standards
  • Minimum Height: 5 feet 2 inches or above (157.48 cm)
  • Minimum Chest Measurement: 30 inches or above (76 cm), with the required expansion on breathing

Project Manager

Salary: Rs. 260,000 + Rs. 5,250 + Variable Allowances
Key Qualifications
  • B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Civil
  • Chartered Engineer Status (IESL) is mandatory
  • Minimum 10 years’ project / construction management experience
  • Experience in petroleum terminals, tank farms, or similar operational projects
  • Knowledge of API 650, HSE governance, QA/QC, testing and commissioning

Project Engineer

Salary: Rs. 198,625 + Rs. 5,250 + Variable Allowances
Key Qualifications
  • B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Mechanical
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in petroleum terminals / similar projects
  • Ability to review P&IDs, layouts, GA drawings, method statements and ITPs
  • Knowledge of testing, certification and commissioning documentation
  • Strong site coordination skills with HSE discipline

Project Secretary

Salary: Rs. 164,295 + Rs. 5,250 + Variable Allowances
Key Qualifications
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L with credit passes in relevant subjects or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or construction environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong filing, coordination, time management and reporting skills

QA/QC Inspector

Salary: Rs. 185,895 + Rs. 5,250 + Variable Allowances
Key Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with welding inspection certification such as CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI and 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Or NVQ Level 4 / equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ CPC/CPSTL inspection experience
  • NDT qualifications with RT Level II and at least UT/PT Level I
  • Knowledge of API 650 tank inspection, fabrication, erection and testing
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD
Common Instructions
  • Appointment will be on contract basis for 14 months, subject to renewal based on project requirement and performance.
  • Maximum age limit is 65 years as at the closing date of application.
  • Company contribution: 15% EPF and 3% ETF. Employee contribution: 10% EPF.
  • Required qualifications must be completed by the closing date.
  • Only shortlisted applicants may be called.
  • A selection test may be held if required.
