Internal Auditor
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management in metro bus operations.
- Audit financial records, revenue, and expenditures to detect errors or fraud and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate internal controls, legal compliance, and operational performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
- Review ticketing, procurement, and IT systems for reliability and transparency.
- Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders.
- Provide advisory support to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and guide policy development.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Finance or other relevant field recognized by the UGC and minimum 1 year post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.

Marketing Officer

- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Analyze metrics such as ridership, fuel, punctuality, revenue, and identify improvements.

✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Record stock movements accurately in registers and computerized systems.
- Conduct stock verification and reconcile with records.
- Monitor re-order levels and initiate procurement.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials with proper authorization.

- Monitor real-time bus operations using GPS and communication systems.
- Identify, record, and report delays, breakdowns, and operational incidents.

- Assist in reallocating buses and routes during emergencies or peak demand.
- Maintain communication with field staff and management.

Electrical & Mechanical Automobile Supervisor
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities of technical staff.

🎓 Qualifications

- Passed three subjects other than General Paper at G.C.E. (A/L).
- National Certificate / National Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical institution.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance, including at least 1 year in supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of diesel bus systems, technical drawings, basic computer literacy, and heavy vehicle license are advantages.
Electrical & Mechanical Automobile Foreman
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and supervise daily electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
- Ensure completion of repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and fault diagnosis using proper tools.
- Recommend corrective actions and certify vehicles as roadworthy.

🎓 Qualifications
- Certificate not lower than NVQ Level 7 or NDT in Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from an accepted institute.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems of heavy vehicles.
- Ability to read technical drawings/manuals, computer literacy, and heavy vehicle license are advantages.
Electrical & Mechanical Automobile Technician
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buses including wiring, lighting, and controls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.

- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and AC systems.

Bus Operator
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive buses safely and responsibly according to traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and fuel-efficient driving.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules and report delays/disruptions.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
- Provide courteous passenger service and assist vulnerable passengers.

🎓 Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes in Sinhala and Mathematics, and G.C.E. (A/L) two subjects compulsory.
- Valid Sri Lanka Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Bus/Passenger Transport category).
- Minimum 3 years experience after obtaining license as professional heavy vehicle or bus driver in a recognized organization.
- Good knowledge of Colombo and suburban road networks or assigned areas.
- Physically and mentally fit with valid medical certification; Sinhala communication required, English/Tamil are advantages.
Bus Operator Assistant (Female)
✅ Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with safe boarding/alighting and provide route and fare guidance.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and support for elderly, disabled, and school passengers.
- Prevent overcrowding and unsafe behavior on the bus.
- Handle fare collection and ticketing accurately and maintain cash records.
- Support schedule adherence with the driver and control room.
- Report delays, incidents, complaints, and maintain order and cleanliness inside the bus.
- Support emergency procedures and professional customer service.
🎓 Qualifications
- Passed six subjects in G.C.E. (O/L) with at least two credit passes in a maximum of two sittings.
- Must obtain a proficiency certificate within 3 months of recruitment, not lower than NVQ Level 2 in the relevant field from a recognized institute.
Auto Service Technician

- Wash exterior surfaces including body, wheels, and mirrors.
