🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Software Developer

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university with 3 years experience
  OR

• Degree + Postgraduate Diploma in IT with 2 years experience
  OR

• NVQ Level 07 qualification in IT with 3 years experience

ICT Officer

• NVQ Level 07 or equivalent IT qualification recognized by TVEC

• 3 years experience in the IT field

IT Assistant

• NVQ Level 05 (Diploma) in IT or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT-related field

• Software development & maintenance

• Bug fixing & optimization

• ICT administration & coordination

• Help desk & user support

• Network & system maintenance

• Technical documentation

💰 Salary Scale

Software Developer

MA4 – 2025

Rs. 64,320 – 10 × 1,360 – 15 × 1,670 – 5 × 2,040 – 113,170

Initial Salary Step (2026.01.01): Rs. 58,598 + Cost of Living Allowance

ICT Officer / IT Assistant

MA 2-2 – 2025

Rs. 50,540 – 10 × 540 – 7 × 630 – 4 × 1,080 – 20 × 1,280 – 90,270

Initial Salary Step (2026.01.01): Rs. 46,960 + Cost of Living Allowance
