The All Ceylon YMMA Conference invites applications for the ACYMMAC Scholarship Programme 2026.

Application Language
The application must be completed in English.

⚠️ Select Only One Application Method

Applicants must submit their application using only one of the following methods:

1. Google Form – Online Submission
OR
2. PDF Application – Submission by Post

Do not submit the application through both methods. Applications submitted through more than one method will be treated as duplicate applications and will be rejected.

Complete and submit the application online using the official Google Form given below.

Applicants are encouraged to use the Google Form application method. If you submit the Google Form successfully, you should not send the PDF application by post.

1. Download the PDF application form.
2. Print and complete the application in English.
3. Attach the required supporting documents.
4. Obtain the required certifications and signatures.
5. Send the completed application by post to the address below.

📎 Documents Mentioned in the PDF Application

The PDF application indicates that photocopies of the following documents should be attached:

• Birth Certificate
• NIC or Passport
• GCE O/L Results Sheet
• Grade 5 Scholarship Results Sheet
• Death Certificate, if the applicant’s father or mother is deceased

Important: Applicants using the PDF postal method should carefully read all four pages of the application before completing and posting it.

✍️ Certifications Included in the PDF Form

The printed PDF application includes sections to be certified by:

• The applicant’s School Principal
• The Masjid Board
• A Member YMMA

The Member YMMA section includes confirmation that the applicant is entitled to receive Zakat.

ACYMMAC ශිෂ්‍යත්ව වැඩසටහන 2026 සඳහා අයදුම්පත් කැඳවා ඇත. අයදුම්පත ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාවෙන් සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතුය.

අයදුම් කිරීම සඳහා පහත ක්‍රම දෙකෙන් එක් ක්‍රමයක් පමණක් භාවිතා කරන්න:

1. Google Form මගින් මාර්ගගතව අයදුම් කිරීම; හෝ
2. PDF අයදුම්පත බාගත කර, මුද්‍රණය කර, තැපෑලෙන් යැවීම.

ක්‍රම දෙකෙන්ම අයදුම් කළහොත් එය අනුපිටපත් අයදුම්පතක් ලෙස සලකා ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරනු ලැබේ. Google Form භාවිතා කිරීම නිර්දේශ කර ඇත.

ACYMMAC புலமைப்பரிசில் திட்டம் 2026 இற்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளன. விண்ணப்பம் ஆங்கில மொழியில் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.

விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு பின்வரும் இரண்டு முறைகளில் ஒரு முறையை மாத்திரம் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்:

1. Google Form ஊடாக இணையத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்தல்; அல்லது
2. PDF விண்ணப்பத்தைப் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து, அச்சிட்டு, தபால் மூலம் அனுப்புதல்.

இரண்டு முறைகளிலும் விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டாம். ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட முறைகளில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் நகல் விண்ணப்பங்களாகக் கருதப்பட்டு நிராகரிக்கப்படும். Google Form மூலம் விண்ணப்பிப்பது ஊக்குவிக்கப்படுகிறது.
