Applications are invited from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for permanent vacancies at the Arts Council of Sri Lanka, which functions under the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs.

1. Information & Communication Technology Assistant
Employment Details
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess a proficiency certificate at a level not lower than NVQ Level 05 in a field related to Information and Communication Technology, issued by a technical or vocational training institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
Other Relevant Qualifications
- Website Design and Development
- Computer Graphic Design
- Proficiency in English / Tamil languages
- Relevant professional experience
2. Management Assistant (Non-Technical)
Employment Details
Qualifications for External Applicants
- Passed six subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
- Must have Credit passes in four subjects, including Sinhala or Tamil, Mathematics and English.
- Passed at least three subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, excluding the Common General Test.
Additional Qualifications
Skills and experience in computer usage, preparation of letters and reports, data collection and analysis, English/Tamil language proficiency, related knowledge and professional experience will be considered additional qualifications.
Internal Applicants
Eligible employees in the Primary Non-Skilled Service Category may also apply subject to the qualifications and service requirements stated in the official advertisement. Relevant computer word-processing/typewriting qualifications will be considered an additional qualification.
Age Limit
Applicants should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as at the closing date. The upper age limit does not apply to employees of state corporations, boards or statutory bodies.
Method of Recruitment
Recruitment will be made through a structured interview.
Salary & Benefits
The salary scales are stated in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 01/2025. The initial salary step will take effect from 01 January 2027. Government-approved allowances as well as EPF and ETF benefits are applicable.

කළමනාකරණ සහකාර: අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්ය පෙළ එක්වරකදී විෂයයන් 06 ක් සමත්ව, සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ, ගණිතය සහ ඉංග්රීසි ඇතුළු විෂයයන් 04 කට සම්මාන සාමාර්ථ ලබා තිබිය යුතුය. එසේම අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විෂයයන් අවම වශයෙන් 03 ක් සමත්ව තිබිය යුතුය.
වයස් සීමාව: අවුරුදු 18 – 45
තෝරාගැනීම: ව්යුහගත සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයක් මගින්.
අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් පමණක් යොමු කළ යුතුය.

ICT உதவியாளர்: தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில்நுட்பம் தொடர்பான துறையில், மூன்றாம் நிலை மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி ஆணைக்குழுவினால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிறுவனமொன்றிலிருந்து குறைந்தபட்சம் NVQ Level 05 தகுதி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். Web Design & Development, Computer Graphic Design, ஆங்கிலம்/சிங்கள மொழித்திறன் மற்றும் தொழில்முறை அனுபவம் மேலதிக தகுதிகளாக கருதப்படும்.
முகாமைத்துவ உதவியாளர்: க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் ஒரே அமர்வில் 06 பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்து, தமிழ் அல்லது சிங்களம், கணிதம் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் உட்பட 04 பாடங்களில் திறமைச் சித்தி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். மேலும் க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையில் குறைந்தது 03 பாடங்களில் சித்தியடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
வயதெல்லை: 18 – 45 வயது.
தெரிவு முறை: கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட நேர்முகப் பரீட்சை.
பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை பதிவு தபால் மூலம் மட்டுமே அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
