📢 NIE Recruitment 2026
The National Institute of Education (NIE), Sri Lanka invites applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for three permanent positions.
Interested applicants must submit their duly completed applications by registered post to reach the Director General of NIE on or before 23 October 2026.
💼 Available Positions
✅ General Conditions for Applicants
- Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position.
- Applicants must be able to serve in any part of Sri Lanka if required.
- Applicants must possess excellent moral character.
- Certified copies of relevant documents must be submitted along with the application.
📍 Permanent Workstation: No. 21, High Level Road, Maharagama / High Level Road, Meepe.
📑 Required Supporting Documents
Applicants must attach certified copies of:
- Birth certificate
- Educational certificates
- Professional certificates
- Service certificates
💰 Employment Benefits
These are permanent positions. Selected candidates will receive the applicable salary and other government-approved allowances.
- Employee EPF contribution: 8% of salary.
- Employer EPF contribution: 12%.
- Employer ETF contribution: 3%.
- Other government-approved allowances will be paid.

ජාතික අධ්යාපන ආයතනයේ පහත සඳහන් ස්ථිර තනතුරු සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලත් ශ්රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
පුරප්පාඩු:
- අතිරේක අධ්යක්ෂ ජනරාල් – HM 2-3
- කාර්මික නිලධාරී (විදුලි) – JM 1-1
- කාර්මික සහකාර – MA 2-2
✅ අයදුම්කරුවන් ශ්රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන් විය යුතු අතර අදාළ රාජකාරි ඉටු කිරීමට ශාරීරික හා මානසික යෝග්යතාවයෙන් යුක්ත විය යුතුය.
📑 උප්පැන්න සහතිකය, අධ්යාපනික හා වෘත්තීය සහතික සහ සේවා සහතිකවල සහතික කළ පිටපත් අයදුම්පත සමඟ යොමු කළ යුතුය.
📮 සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත් ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් ජාතික අධ්යාපන ආයතනයේ අධ්යක්ෂ ජනරාල්, තැ.පෙ. 21, මහරගම යන ලිපිනයට යොමු කළ යුතුය. ලියුම් කවරයේ ඉහළ වම් කෙළවරේ අයදුම් කරන තනතුර සඳහන් කළ යුතුය.

தேசிய கல்வி நிறுவகத்தில் பின்வரும் நிரந்தர பதவிகளுக்குத் தகுதியுடைய இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்கள் கோரப்படுகின்றன.
வெற்றிடங்கள்:
- மேலதிக பணிப்பாளர் நாயகம் – HM 2-3
- தொழில்நுட்ப அலுவலர் (மின்சாரம்) – JM 1-1
- தொழில்நுட்ப உதவியாளர் – MA 2-2
✅ விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளாகவும், பணிகளைச் சிறப்பாக நிறைவேற்றுவதற்கான உடல் மற்றும் உளத் தகுதியுடையவர்களாகவும் இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
📑 பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ், கல்வி மற்றும் தொழில்சார் சான்றிதழ்கள், சேவைச் சான்றிதழ்களின் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிரதிகளை விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இணைக்க வேண்டும்.
💰 தெரிவுசெய்யப்படும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு அடிப்படைச் சம்பளத்துடன் அரசாங்கத்தால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட கொடுப்பனவுகளும் வழங்கப்படும். EPF மற்றும் ETF பங்களிப்புகள் அறிவித்தலின்படி வழங்கப்படும்.
📮 பூர்த்திசெய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களைப் பதிவு தபால் மூலம் பணிப்பாளர் நாயகம், தேசிய கல்வி நிறுவகம், த.பெ. இல. 21, மஹரகம என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பிக்கும் பதவியை உறையின் இடதுபக்க மேல் மூலையில் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
