📢 Interview List Released
The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has released the second-stage interview notice for the Electrical Category of the Sri Lanka Engineering Service Grade III Open Recruitment 2024.
This announcement follows the earlier interview notification dated 28 May 2025. Nine additional candidates have been listed for interview based on the results of the written competitive examination.
All listed candidates should attend with the required original certificates and supporting documents.

📄 Required Documents
Candidates must bring the relevant original documents, including:
- Official interview calling letter.
- B.Sc. Engineering degree certificate or accepted equivalent qualification.
- Academic transcript.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level result sheet.
- Birth certificate.
- NIC, valid passport or valid driving licence.
- Required self-attested A4 photocopies.
- UGC recognition letter for relevant qualifications obtained outside Sri Lankan state universities, where applicable.
- IESL membership confirmation letter for 2025 and 2026, as specified in the official notice.
- Engineers' Council registration documents confirming validity for 2025 and 2026.
- Grama Niladhari residence and character certificate (DS 04).
- Affidavit where differences in names require clarification.
One self-attested copy set of the birth certificate and identification document, and two self-attested copy sets of the degree certificate, academic transcript and O/L results. All copies must be on A4 paper.
🏛️ Additional Documents for Public Servants
Applicants already serving in the public or provincial public service must also produce:
- Appointment or absorption letter.
- Confirmation of appointment letter.
- Departmental disciplinary clearance covering the preceding five years.
- Salary increment records and performance evaluation reports from 2020 to 2026.
Bring the originals and required copies certified by the Head of Institution, as directed in the official letter.
⚠️ Important Instructions
- The interview is conducted only to verify applicants' qualifications.
- No interview marks will be awarded.
- Selection is based on written examination marks and applicable Public Service Commission decisions.
- No travelling or other allowance will be paid.
- No alternative interview date will be provided for absence.
- Attending the interview does not guarantee appointment.
- Official interview calling letters have already been sent by email.
