Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Tutor Mentor on assignment basis (Part Time) for the BBA (External) Degree Programme. Vacancies are available for Diploma Level, Higher Diploma Level, and Degree Level subjects. A monthly fixed allowance and an additional online teaching allowance will be paid according to approved university rates.

Qualifications
- A BBA, B.Sc. (Management), or Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division
- Good communication skills in English
- Competency in computer usage
- Professional qualifications such as ICASL, CIMA, CIM, ICA / LLB will be an added qualification
Allowance
Offline Fixed Allowance: Rs. 5,000.00 per month
Online Allowance: Rs. 750.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours, in addition to the fixed allowance
Important Duties
Selected candidates are expected to work under a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in facilitating academic delivery through the Moodle platform.
Main responsibilities include student-teacher interaction through discussion forums and chat sessions, monitoring learning progress, and providing immediate feedback to learners.
Special Preference
Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience and knowledge of Moodle Software.
