2. Temporary Demonstrator – 01 Post
- Automobile Technology – a degree in a relevant field is required.
Lecturer (Probationary) – Qualification Routes
Applicants must satisfy one of the following routes in the relevant subject:
- A specialized degree with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours; or
- A specialized degree with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours plus at least one year of relevant teaching, research, professional work or postgraduate study; or
- A relevant non-honours degree/general degree with at least Second Class Honours, plus a postgraduate degree of at least two academic years with a thesis/dissertation; or
- A relevant degree or recognized professional qualification, plus a one-year relevant master’s/equivalent further professional qualification, and five years of applicable professional experience (external applicants) or teaching/library experience in a recognized higher educational institution (internal applicants); or
- A relevant degree/equivalent recognized professional qualification plus eight years of professional and/or teaching experience.
Senior Lecturer Grade II – Key Requirements
Candidates must first possess the academic qualifications required for Lecturer (Probationary). They must also have an accepted research-based master’s/doctoral qualification or an approved equivalent professional qualification, as specified in the official advertisement.
In addition, at least six years of experience is required in one or more of the following:
- University or higher-education teaching
- Professional work in a recognized mercantile establishment
- Research relevant to the field of specialization
- Postgraduate studies
