Departments & Subject Areas

1. Department of Science & Technology

• Chemistry: Inorganic Chemistry, General Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Material Chemistry
• Physics: Material Physics, Applied Physics, Computational Physics
• Mathematics
• Statistics

2. Department of Computer Science & Informatics

• Physics: Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems, Robotics and IoT
• Mathematics / Statistics: Calculus, Computational Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Data Science and Statistics

3. Department of Applied Earth Sciences

• Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering

Academic Qualifications

Qualifications depend on the relevant subject area and post. The advertisement specifies relevant B.Sc. Honours / Special Degrees, degree classifications, and/or relevant Master's or Doctoral Degrees. Certain Master's qualifications require at least 24 months of full-time research.

Government-approved allowances applicable to the university system will be paid in addition.
