📢 Recruitment Details
Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka for the post of Management Assistant under the Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP), implemented by the Ministry of Health & Mass Media with World Bank funding.
The initial appointment is for one year, extendable annually subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
External Applicants
- G.C.E. A/L: 3 subjects.
- G.C.E. O/L: 6 subjects in one sitting with at least 4 Credit passes, including Sinhala/Tamil, English and Mathematics.
- A B.Sc. Degree will be preferred.
Internal Applicants (Government Service)
- Above A/L and O/L qualifications.
- At least 5 years of satisfactory service in a permanent post.
- Recommendation of the Head of Department.
- A B.Sc. Degree will be preferred.
💼 Experience and Skills
- Preferably 2 years of experience in office accounts, administration, procurement, project administration or a related field.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and general IT applications.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience using computerized accounting packages is an added advantage.
- Experience in government or donor-funded projects is an added advantage.
