Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka for the post of Management Assistant under the Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP), implemented by the Ministry of Health & Mass Media with World Bank funding.

The initial appointment is for one year, extendable annually subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

External Applicants

• G.C.E. A/L: 3 subjects.
• G.C.E. O/L: 6 subjects in one sitting with at least 4 Credit passes, including Sinhala/Tamil, English and Mathematics.
• A B.Sc. Degree will be preferred.

Internal Applicants (Government Service)

• Above A/L and O/L qualifications.
• At least 5 years of satisfactory service in a permanent post.
• Recommendation of the Head of Department.
• A B.Sc. Degree will be preferred.

💼 Experience and Skills

• Preferably 2 years of experience in office accounts, administration, procurement, project administration or a related field.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and general IT applications.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience using computerized accounting packages is an added advantage.
• Experience in government or donor-funded projects is an added advantage.
