Executive Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service operations and customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Support customer service digitalization initiatives.
• Assist Help Desk and Call Center operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Service Management or Marketing.
• Preferably from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
• Call center experience will be an added advantage.

Trainee – Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and visualizations for analytical reporting.
• Support analytics infrastructure and business innovation projects.
• Provide actionable insights for lending institutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python or R.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background.
