ONUR Literary Creators Programme 2026 – Calling for Applications

The Office for National Unity and Reconciliation (ONUR) under the Ministry of Justice has called applications from literary creators across Sri Lanka for island-wide literary development programmes. Applicants with experience in literary creation can apply under several literary fields including short stories, novels, scriptwriting, poetry and lyrics.
