SL-PULSE is Sri Lanka’s first national citizen feedback survey on public services delivered by the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government.
The survey has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers and is supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Citizens’ honest experiences and opinions will help improve public services throughout Sri Lanka.

- The survey is independent, neutral and not connected to any political party or agenda.
- Your identity will be used only to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Your identity will not be publicly connected to your answers.
- Your responses will not affect any service you receive from your Divisional Secretariat now or in the future.
- Citizens are encouraged to share their experiences honestly.
🇱🇰 ජනරිද්ම – රාජ්ය සේවය පිළිබඳ ජනතා අදහස් විමසීම
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ රාජ්ය සේවා පිළිබඳ පැවැත්වෙන ප්රථම ජාතික ජනතා අදහස් විමසීමට ඔබගේ වටිනා අදහස් ලබා දෙන්න.
රාජ්ය සේවාවන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඔබ ලැබූ අත්දැකීම් පිළිබඳ අදහස් සත්යව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් වඩාත් කාර්යක්ෂම, විනිවිද පෙනෙන සහ වගකීම් සහිත රාජ්ය සේවාවක් ගොඩනැගීමට දායක විය හැකිය.
✅ වයස අවුරුදු 18 හෝ ඊට වැඩි සියලුම ශ්රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියන්ට සහභාගී විය හැකිය.
⏱️ සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමට විනාඩි 30ක් පමණ ගත වේ.
📅 කාලය: 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් 10 සිට නොවැම්බර් 14 දක්වා.

இலங்கையின் பொதுச் சேவைகள் தொடர்பான முதலாவது தேசிய மக்கள் கருத்துக் கணிப்பில் உங்கள் பெறுமதியான கருத்துகளைப் பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்.
பொதுச் சேவைகளைப் பெற்றபோது உங்களுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட அனுபவங்களை நேர்மையாகப் பகிர்வதன் மூலம் வெளிப்படையான, வினைத்திறனான மற்றும் பொறுப்புக்கூறும் பொதுச் சேவையை உருவாக்க உதவலாம்.
✅ 18 வயது அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட அனைத்து இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளும் பங்கேற்கலாம்.
⏱️ பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கு சுமார் 30 நிமிடங்கள் தேவைப்படும்.
📅 காலப்பகுதி: 2026 செப்டம்பர் 10 முதல் நவம்பர் 14 வரை.
