🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science recognized by the UGC
• Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute
• Minimum 15 years managerial experience in Public Sector / Corporation / Statutory Board / Private Institution
• OR Full Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute with 15 years managerial experience
• OR Class I Officer in Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS) with required educational qualifications

💰 Salary Details

Salary Scale : Rs. 140,640 – 15 x 4100 – 202,140
(Senior Level HM 1-1)

Salary will be paid according to Management Service Circular No. 01/2025.
