Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the fuel station
- Ensure smooth fuel dispensing and service efficiency
- Manage station staff and operations
- Handle cash collections and billing
- Maintain stock and sales records
- Ensure safety and compliance standards
- Handle customer inquiries
- Coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline
- Support company policies and standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E Advanced Level or equivalent
- Diploma in Management / Business / Technical field (advantage)
- 2–3 years experience in fuel station / retail / logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic reporting and cash handling knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Age below 45 years
