Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the fuel station
• Ensure smooth fuel dispensing and service efficiency
• Manage station staff and operations
• Handle cash collections and billing
• Maintain stock and sales records
• Ensure safety and compliance standards
• Handle customer inquiries
• Coordinate stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline
• Support company policies and standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E Advanced Level or equivalent
• Diploma in Management / Business / Technical field (advantage)
• 2–3 years experience in fuel station / retail / logistics
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work shifts including weekends
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic reporting and cash handling knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Age below 45 years
