Nawaloka Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the financial operations of Upali’s by Nawaloka and Nawaloka Hotel. Candidates with accounting qualifications and experience in the hotel or restaurant sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in financial reporting and accounts preparation
- Monitor and analyze food cost and identify variances
- Monitor unit budgets and operating costs
- Maintain inventory and purchasing records
- Evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality
- Monitor daily cash movements including collections and deposits
- Conduct internal audits for restaurant and hotel operations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial insights and operational cost analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Hotel / Restaurant sector
- Part qualification in Accounting (AAT / CA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in food cost analysis and inventory control
- Experience in internal audits and financial monitoring
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
