ACBT invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced nursing professionals for the position of Program Manager – Undergraduate Nursing.
The selected candidate will lead the nursing degree programme, drive academic excellence, manage the faculty team, execute the strategic vision for the expanding Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programme, and ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements.
Core Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required. A PhD qualification will be preferred.
- Applicants must hold an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licence.
- Proven experience in clinical nursing with academic administration or leadership experience is required.
Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications, credentials and experience will be offered.
