The National Institute of Co-operative Development (NICD), Polgolla under the Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security & Co-operative Development has called applications for Diploma, Certificate Courses and Training Programs for the Academic Year 2026. Courses are available in Procurement, Taxation, ICT, Care Giving and other professional sectors. Interested applicants can apply before the closing date of 15.06.2026.

04. Computer Application Assistance (NVQ Level 03)
- For students who sat G.C.E O/L Examination
05. ICT Technician (NVQ Level 04)
- For candidates appeared for G.C.E O/L or completed NVQ Level 03
06. Diploma in Information & Communication Technology (NVQ Level 05)
- For candidates passed G.C.E A/L or NVQ Level 04
07. Higher National Diploma in ICT (NVQ Level 06)
- For candidates completed Diploma in ICT (NVQ Level 05)
