For future salary increment payments, only the following nationally approved documents should be used:
Performance Appraisal of Teacher Service Officers
Teacher unions have brought to the Ministry’s attention that the current procedure followed for the performance appraisal of Sri Lanka Teacher Service officers is creating an unnecessary burden on teachers’ academic duties.
In addition to the prescribed performance appraisal form used by zonal offices when granting salary increments to national school teachers, teachers have reportedly been required to submit various other documents, forms and detailed information.
Therefore, the relevant authorities have been requested to ensure that only the nationally approved Salary Increment Payment Certificate and Teacher Performance Appraisal Form are used when processing future salary increments.
ගුරු සේවයේ නිලධාරීන්ගේ කාර්ය සාධන ඇගයීම
ශ්රී ලංකා ගුරු සේවයේ නිලධාරීන්ගේ කාර්ය සාධන ඇගයීම සඳහා දැනට ක්රියාත්මක ක්රමවේදය හේතුවෙන් ගුරුවරුන්ගේ අධ්යාපනික කාර්යයන්ට අනවශ්ය බලපෑම් සිදුවන බව ගුරු සංගම් විසින් අමාත්යාංශයේ අවධානයට යොමු කර ඇත.
ජාතික පාසල් ගුරුවරුන්ගේ වැටුප් වර්ධක ගෙවීමේදී භාවිත කරන නියමිත කාර්ය සාධන ඇගයීම් පත්රයට අමතරව විවිධ ලේඛන, ආකෘති පත්ර සහ සවිස්තර තොරතුරු ඉල්ලා සිටීම මෙම තත්ත්වයට හේතුවී ඇති බව සඳහන් වේ.
ඒ අනුව, ඉදිරියේදී ගුරුවරුන්ගේ වැටුප් වර්ධක ගෙවීම සඳහා ජාතික මට්ටමින් භාවිත කරන වැටුප් වර්ධක ගෙවීමේ සහතිකය සහ ගුරු කාර්ය සාධන පත්රිකාව පමණක් අදාළ කරගන්නා ලෙස උපදෙස් ලබාදී ඇත.

தேசிய பாடசாலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சம்பள அதிகரிப்பு வழங்குவதற்காக வலயக் காரியாலயத்தினால் தற்போது பயன்படுத்தப்படும் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட செயல்திறன் மதிப்பீட்டுப் படிவத்துடன் மேலதிகமாக பல்வேறு ஆவணங்களையும் விரிவான கோரிக்கைகளையும் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டியிருப்பதானது, ஆசிரியர்களின் கல்வி நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பாதிக்கின்றது என ஆசிரியர் சங்கங்கள் அமைச்சின் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வந்துள்ளன. எனவே, இனிவரும் காலங்களில் சம்பள அதிகரிப்பு கொடுப்பனவுகளை வழங்குவதற்காக, தற்போது தேசிய மட்டத்தில் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள சம்பள அதிகரிப்பு படிவம் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் செயல்திறன் மதிப்பீட்டுப் படிவம் ஆகியவற்றை மாத்திரம் பயன்படுத்துமாறும், மாகாண மற்றும் வலய மட்டங்களில் தற்போது நடைமுறையில் உள்ள ஏனைய பல்வேறு படிவங்களின் பயன்பாட்டைத் தவிர்த்துக்கொள்ளுமாறும் அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.
எனவே, இனிவரும் காலங்களில் வேதன அதிகரிப்புகளை வழங்குவதற்காக தேசிய மட்டத்தில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் சம்பள அதிகரிப்பு படிவம் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் செயல்திறன் மதிப்பீட்டுப் படிவம் ஆகியவற்றை மாத்திரம் பயன்படுத்துமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
