The Department of Technical Education and Training invites online applications for registration of External Instructors / Resource Persons for the 2027 academic year at Technical and Technical Colleges.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants with relevant educational or vocational qualifications and teaching or industry experience may apply according to the NVQ level of the course.

NVQ 3 and 4 – Qualifications

• Relevant NCT, NVQ Level 5 or an equivalent government-recognised qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant NVQ Level 6 equivalent qualification, such as HNDE, NDT or NDES, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant degree, postgraduate diploma or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years of experience.

NVQ 5 – Qualifications

• Relevant NVQ Level 5 or equivalent recognised qualification with at least 3 years of experience, or NCT with 10 years of relevant experience, subject to the stated teaching restrictions.
• Relevant NVQ Level 6 equivalent qualification, degree, postgraduate diploma or higher qualification with at least 3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience.

NVQ 6 – Qualifications

• Relevant degree, postgraduate diploma or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a relevant postgraduate degree, doctorate or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years of experience.

Selection and Appointment

• Selection will be based on an interview and marks obtained.
• Applicants with teaching experience will receive priority.
• Payments are determined by qualifications, experience, NVQ level and relevant departmental circulars.
• The appointment is only for the 2027 academic year and does not lead automatically to permanent employment.
• Applicants above 65 may be considered only in the circumstances specified in the Gazette.
• Government employees must obtain the required recommendation from their head of institution and submit it at the interview.

2027 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය සඳහා කාර්මික හා තාක්ෂණ විද්‍යාලවල බාහිර උපදේශකවරුන් / සම්පත්දායකයින් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම සඳහා කාර්මික අධ්‍යාපන හා පුහුණු කිරීමේ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් මාර්ගගත අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

සුදුසුකම්

NVQ 3, 4, 5 සහ 6 මට්ටමේ පාඨමාලා සඳහා අදාළ විෂය ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අධ්‍යාපන හෝ වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් සහ ඉගැන්වීමේ හෝ කර්මාන්ත පළපුරුද්ද තිබිය යුතුය.

• NCT, NVQ 5, NVQ 6 හෝ අදාළ පිළිගත් සමාන සුදුසුකම්.
• අදාළ උපාධි, පශ්චාත් උපාධි ඩිප්ලෝමා හෝ ඉහළ සුදුසුකම්.
• අදාළ සුදුසුකම් අනුව සාමාන්‍යයෙන් අවම වසර 3ක පළපුරුද්ද.
• NVQ 5 පාඨමාලා සඳහා NCT සමග වසර 10ක අදාළ පළපුරුද්ද ඇති අයටද ගැසට් නිවේදනයේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසි යටතේ අවස්ථාව ඇත.

තෝරා ගැනීම

සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයේ ලකුණු අනුව තෝරා ගැනීම සිදු කරන අතර ඉගැන්වීමේ පළපුරුද්ද ඇති අයට ප්‍රමුඛත්වය ලබා දේ.

මෙය 2027 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂයට පමණක් අදාළ වන අතර ස්ථිර රැකියාවක් ලබා ගැනීමට හිමිකමක් නොලැබේ.

2027 கல்வியாண்டிற்கான தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரிகளில் வெளிவாரிப் போதனாசிரியர்கள் / வளவாளர்களைப் பதிவு செய்வதற்கு தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சித் திணைக்களம் இணையவழி விண்ணப்பங்களைக் கோரியுள்ளது.

யார் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்?

NVQ தரம் 3, 4, 5 மற்றும் 6 பாடநெறிகளுக்குரிய கல்வி அல்லது தொழில்சார் தகைமைகளையும் கற்பித்தல் அல்லது தொழிற்துறை அனுபவத்தையும் கொண்டவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

தேவையான தகைமைகள்

• சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறையில் NCT, NVQ தரம் 5, NVQ தரம் 6 அல்லது அரசால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சமமான தகைமைகள்.
• சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பட்டம், பட்டப்பின் டிப்ளோமா அல்லது உயர்கல்வித் தகைமைகள்.
• பொருந்தக்கூடிய தகைமை அடிப்படையில் பொதுவாக குறைந்தது 3 வருட கற்பித்தல் அல்லது தொழிற்துறை அனுபவம்.
• NVQ தரம் 5 பாடநெறிகளுக்காக NCT உடன் 10 வருட அனுபவம் கொண்டவர்களும் வர்த்தமானியில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

தெரிவு முறை

நேர்முகப் பரீட்சையில் பெறப்படும் புள்ளிகளின் அடிப்படையில் தெரிவு நடைபெறும். கற்பித்தல் அனுபவமுள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்.

இப்பதிவு 2027 கல்வியாண்டிற்கு மட்டுமே செல்லுபடியாகும். இதன்மூலம் நிரந்தர நியமனத்திற்கான உரிமை கிடைக்காது.
