Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for Diploma in English offered by the Department of English Language Teaching (DELT) of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Course Fee: Rs.40,000/-(Full payment must be paid at the time of the registration)
Eligibility:
- Pass in General English at G.C.E. (A/L)
- OR Credit pass in English at G.C.E.( O/L)
- OR successful completion of a Certificate Course in English at a recognized institution
- OR any other professional or academic qualification acceptable to the university.
Walk-in-interview: 19th May 2018 (Saturday)
Time: 9.00 a .m. – 12 noon
Venue: Faculty Board Room (Sumangala Building)
Commencement of the Course: 10th June 2018 (Sunday)
The following documents should be brought for the interview.
- Duly filled application form
- Deposit Slip for an application fee of Rs.500/=. paid to the account No. 013010001330 at any branch of the People’s Bank.
- A self-addressed 9” X 4” size stamped envelope.
- Relevant Certificates.
- A short foreign/local field trip is included.The cost of the tour has to be borne either by the sponsoring institution or the student.
