Diploma in English Language and Literature is a one-year academic programme designed to meet the needs of students who wish to enhance their English language and communication skills. This programme also introduces students to the major literary genres: poetry, fiction and drama. It will be of special interest to those in the ELT profession, writers and journalists, and those who wish to engage in higher studies.

Entry Qualification
Obtained 3 passes at the GCE AL & passed the Selection Test
Passed the OUSL Certificate in Professional English (after 2012), with a minimum of 3 “C” passes
Passed the OUSL Advanced Certificate in English for Business & Professional Communication Stage II, with the following minimum passes: “B+” in Reading and Writing, and “B-” in Business Communication skills and Speech & Listening
